At Vivalis, we work to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other issues outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Vivalis is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an issue with your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@tryvivalis.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for final delivery.

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

You may also contact us at support@tryvivalis.com, and we will do our best to help you with the next steps, but Vivalis is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
