Request your refund within 180 days of delivery.
Provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Proof may include photos of the product, empty bottles, usage documentation, or other reasonable evidence requested by our support team.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, Vivalis will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
